The Space Between: Navigating Uncertainty Between At-Risk and Diagnosed

    Register Here

Are you concerned about developing a neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson's disease or related conditions? Whatever reason you have to believe you could be at risk—whether it's family history, environmental exposure, a positive diagnostic test, or you have an associated prodromal condition such as REM Sleep Behavior Disorder—you likely have many questions. Join us to learn from a movement disorder clinician, ask questions in a safe, private environment, and find actionable steps on how you might be able to manage the uncertainty and protect your brain health.

Please note that this program will NOT be recorded. You're welcome to actively participate or just observe and listen.

Please submit your questions to be included in the discussion through our online form.

    About the Speaker

Kelly Papesh, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC is Executive Director of the Association of Movement Disorder Advanced Practice Providers (AMDAPP™) and Clinical Director at PMD Alliance. Kelly is a doctorally-trained and board-certified family nurse practitioner. After completing her Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, she completed a Master of Science in nursing and a doctorate in nursing practice from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. She has extensive experience as an advanced practice provider (APP) in neurology and patient case management, with years of experience specializing in movement disorders.

This livestream is part of a series on brain health through the Proactive Brain Health Alliance which is a community dedicated to educating those who are concerned about reducing risk, are at risk, or living in the preclinical or prodromal stages of neurodegenerative diseases.
